As Agile Coach / Scrum Master (m/f/d) you will have the unique opportunity to bring a novel energy storage technology to market together with the Software Engineering Team and all CMBlu employees.

We are looking for an Agile Coach (m/f/d) who is able to carefully analyze existing processes and introduce agile methods in a cautious and targeted manner, taking into account the individual needs of the teams, without dogmatically sticking to rigid manuals.

You can expect exciting and responsible tasks with creative scope:

• Establishment of the agile methods and mindsets in the teams
• Support of several teams as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Supporting the teams in their work with the project management platform
• Accompaniment and support of the company during the agile transformation
• Scaling agile methods and agile organizational development

Job-related requirements

• Successfully completed business or technical studies
• Excelent knowledge in agile project management methods like Scrum, Kanban
• Experience with scaling agile methods and agile product development (according to SAFe, LeSS, or similar)
• Several years of experience as Scrum Master (m/f/d) or Product Owner (m/f/d) in agile projects
• Good knowledge of common project management tools
• Certifications as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or similar are desirable
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
