• Representation of company interests in contract negotiations for large-scale energy storage projects
• Planning and execution of contract negotiations with major customers from the energy industry
• Determination of framework conditions together with the project stakeholders
• Preparation of contract documents and service descriptions as well as contractual implementation of subsequent changes
• Legal advice to internal departments regarding contractual issues from the bidding phase to successful project completion
• Reprocessing of claim issues and development of strategies
• External and internal contact person for contract management

Job-related requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of law, business law or comparable qualification
• At least five years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the environment of large-scale projects in the utilities and/or energy sector
• Confident and convincing appearance as well as assertiveness
• Experience in project management desirable
• High level of technical expertise
• Business fluent in English
• Application-secure PC knowledge, especially MS-Office
