An important component of our batteries is the battery management system (BMS) and its subcomponents. The development of this software for control and regulation requires interdisciplinary cooperation with colleagues from specialist areas such as chemistry, hydraulics, electrical engineering, construction and testing.

As an embedded software developer, you can expect exciting, varied and responsible tasks:

• Development of software for the integration of sensors and actuators as well as functionality for the control and regulation of our Organic SolidFlow batteries
• Provision of interfaces for our customers, other departments and building up software systems
• Implementation of various measurement and control tasks in smaller projects

Job-related requirements - our must-haves

• Completed studies in computer science/electrical engineering/mechatronics or completed vocational training with comparable qualification acquired in practice
• At least three years of experience in embedded C/C++ development
• Experience with communication and transmission protocols

Nice-to-haves - with this you convince us

• Experience with the version control system Git
• Experience with Espressif microcontrollers
• Experience with PlatformIO & KiCad tools
• Experience with Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, LIN, CAN
