We rely on the evaluation of data as an essential part of our energy storage. Our laboratories, test benches and production facilities generate a wide variety of data, which are evaluated using data science and analytics methods and used for process optimization.

As a Junior Data Engineer (m/f/d), you can expect exciting and responsible tasks with creative scope:

• You design and develop innovative data analytics tools with Python
• You contribute to the analysis and definition of data processing processes
• You analyze data, conceptualize data streams and develop solutions that create real value from data
• You support our cross-functional teams in the creation and further development of reports and dashboards

Job-related requirements

• Completed studies in a STEM subject or comparable qualification
• Experience with data science-specific software development in Python
• First experience with databases as well as common interfaces and protocols
• Basic knowledge of machine learning and statistical models
• Terms from modern software development such as Git, REST, CI/CD, DevOps, docker, microservices, etc. are not absolute foreign words for you
• Experience with agile working methods in software development
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
