As Product Owner for the Battery Software (m/f/d) you will have the unique opportunity to bring a novel energy storage technology to market together with the software engineering teams, the product management team and all employees of CMBlu.

You can expect exciting and responsible tasks with creative scope:

• Product responsibility for the control software of our energy storage systems
• Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize functional requirements
• Work closely with development teams to convert functional requirements into technical stories
• Maintaining and prioritizing product backlog items and determining the product roadmap
• Technical and content-related contact person for the customer focus group regarding energy storage software in customer projects

Job-related requirements

• Successfully completed business or technical studies
• Several years of experience as a product owner in agile product development
• Terms from modern software development such as REST, CI/CD, DevOps, containerization, microservices etc. are knowen
• Experience in handling multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Certification as Scrum Product Owner or SAFe Product Owner is desirable
• Experience in the energy industry is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

• Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to transform complex requirements into clear and actionable user stories together with the team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels
• Organizational and delegation skills as well as experience as a facilitator
