Project Manager Industrialization (m/f/d)

We are looking for a personality with several years of experience in project management to accompany/force the market entry of our energy storage systems. As Project Manager Industrialization (m/f/d) you report directly to the Executive Board and are the link between R&D, product management, production and external project partners.

You can expect exciting and responsible tasks with creative scope:

• Management of complex cross-functional projects
• Support of the teams in project management, e.g. in the creation and adherence to roadmaps
• Ensuring efficient allocation of resources within the company and prioritization of projects
• Sourcing, analysis and preparation of data as a basis for decision-making
• Preparation, conduct or management and follow-up of internal and external appointments
• Creation and presentation of high-level reports
• Implementation of continuous improvement and optimization measures
• Operational support of the management in terms of initiating and steering task force activities
• Close cooperation with internal departments and interface with the Executive Board

Job-related requirements

• Preferably successfully completed studies in chemistry, alternatively studies in engineering or technician (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience
• Extensive knowledge and several years of professional experience in project management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Internal and external assertiveness
• High level of technical expertise
• Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Confident handling of MS-Office
