• Management of large and complex development and customer projects
• Create project management plans (including strategy) adapted to a cross-departmental and complex environment
• Analyse and fully understand customer and partner requirements
• Identify errors/inconsistencies within project requirements and propose solutions to reduce these gaps
• Manage and lead external partners in the project scope
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources (internal, external)
• Organise and lead project meetings and gate reviews
• Address project management issues (roadblocks, performance, etc.)
• Manage the overall project scope
• Time and milestone management

Job-related requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably engineering)
• PMI (CAPM), IPMA (Level D) or equivalent certification
• Extensive experience in managing internal and external customer projects preferably in the energy industry
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams with multiple interfaces
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
