We offer exciting and responsible tasks with creative scope:

• Procurement of electrical and mechanical components/assemblies, tools as well as other technical components for the area of research and product development up to pre-series production
• Conducting market research and strategic development of a supplier portfolio through continuous sourcing in close coordination with the development departments
• Holistic handling of the purchasing process from demand request to on-time delivery as well as clarification of complaints and service disruptions
• Obtaining and evaluating offers, negotiating prices and conditions, ordering components and documenting the entire procurement process in the ERP system
• Identify cost optimization potentials while taking into account quality targets and deadlines
• Participation in the strategic further development of purchasing and processes as well as collaboration in internal working and project groups

Job-related requirements

• Completed commercial/technical apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on procurement or a relevant advanced training as a purchasing and logistics specialist (m/f/d), procurement specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing or project purchasing
• Distinct technical understanding in combination with commercial know-how
• Experienced and confident use of MS Office as well as experience in working with ERP systems
• Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
