CMBlu Energy AG Announces Giovanni Damato as New President of U.S. Subsidiary
As CMBlu pushes the boundaries of energy storage and accelerates the energy transition, I look forward to leading the U.S. division as the company continues its American expansion. I’m honored to serve in my new role as President and I and the rest of the company are grateful to Ben for his stewardship during the company’s American launch.
Giovanni transitions into the role of President after having served as Vice President of Operations and Development since 2022. In that time, Giovanni has helped lead the launch of CMBlu Energy in the American market, having steered the pilots for our Organic SolidFlow long-duration energy storage in Wisconsin and Arizona.
As President, Giovanni will continue to oversee our U.S. expansion in 2024 and the years ahead, drawing from his 15+ years of experience in clean energy to find new applications for our Organic SolidFlow technology. Giovanni will also help realize our long-term plans to establish a manufacturing process in the United States.
The management of CMBlu would like to thank Ben Kaun for his excellent work and dedication, and we know Giovanni will continue to help us shift the energy storage conversation and fulfill our goals for the U.S. market.
